Ayojak, a leading online ticketing & event management solutions company, has secured funding from HBS Alumni Angels, Blume Ventures, and Srijan Capital. The company recently completed all formalities and make the announcement public.
The new investors in Ayojak.com include multiple angel investors Rajan Anandan, Ravi Gururaj & others from HBS Alumni Angels, Blume Ventures, Srijan Capital and Kishore Warrier. Ravi Gururaj of HBS will be joining the board of Directors of Ayojak.
Ayojak has been constantly adding more verticals to its already vast range of ticketing activities and this funding will give a boost in the same direction. Ayojak will be using the funds to launch new products and features on their platform. Ayojak also plans to extend to different verticals including training & educational institutions, seminars, workshops, lifestyle activities, last minute tickets, adventurous trips and social activities.
Ayojak’s Founder & CEO, Santosh Panda, told that they have secured enough funds for product enhancement and marketing initiatives and will last them for next 15 to 18 months, after which they plan to go for next round of VC funding.
