Why be a Phoolwala, When You Can be the FlowerAura

FlowerAura is different…

With established market players like Ferns and Petals and Archies, they know that constantly working towards Excellence is what would take FlowerAura to a position where they intended to see it. The young entrepreneurs credit their success to their strong background in technology and put their strengths to the best use.

As for now, FlowerAura has over 1 lac satisfied customers. “Our customer centric approach differentiates us from all our competition. We attach our service right from the point of order to the point of delivery” said Shrey. Time and again FlowerAura has proved that is motto is to Deliver Smiles.

Shrey and Himanshu understand the importance of choosing the right gift for the right person, and for that, they also provide guidance to the customers regarding what to gift, even if it is a gift voucher. The idea is to make FlowerAura a one stop shopping destination that caters to all your gifting needs. Apart from that, FlowerAura emphasizes a lot on competitive pricing. They offer gifts and flowers that start from a price as low as Rs. 399 and also announce occasional discounts to their customers.

To top it all, FlowerAura believes in walking that extra mile to bring smiles. They believe in making shopping with FlowerAura an experience their customers would always remember. And hence, they started with the facility of Midnight Delivery and Same Day Delivery. To add to it, they also have introduced a concept in Delhi-NCR called ‘Floral Notes’ where the customer can opt for a musical delivery of flowers and gifts for an occasion. A guitarist would go along with the flowers and sing 2-3 songs for the person. “The idea is to create an experience which gets engraved in the hearts of people” says Shrey.

Floweraura future plans

On the micro level, FlowerAura is focussing on technology, both at the front end as well as the backend. The young entrepreneurs believe that technology can add to the customer experience and no one is using this effectively in the industry. They are also empowering their vendors with such technology to ensure an efficient product delivery.

FlowerAura measures its success by the number of smiles it delivers. To this Himanshu adds, “We wish to establish FlowerAura as a brand people could relate to, a brand they could trust. We understand how crucial it is to trust someone with your emotions, and it is our constant endeavour to rise up to your expectations.”

FlowerAura successfully hit above $1M in sales and has plans to further introduce new categories to its segments. It has taken FlowerAura 5 years to reach to the heights where it is today and by the near future, and with plans of establishing it in other countries, Shrey and Himanshu see FlowerAura as one of the top gifting brands not only in India, but also across nations.
