TheTechPanda organizes Boost Your B-Plans session at GICE B-School Bangalore

TheTechPanda has organized 2-hour session ‘Boost Your B-Plans’  for students at GICE B-School Bangalore, on Nov 15th 2013. The session was aimed to share startup stories, motivate students and let them know how we could help them in their future entrepreneurship journey.

Vijaykant Nadadur, Founder & CEO Tationem

It was an electrifying 2 hours, where the speakers and audience had an awesome time. Our first Speaker was Vijay Nadadur, Founder & CEO Tationem. His startup focuses on training, consulting and research in the areas such as Algorithms, Machine Learning, Data Mining and Statistical Modeling. True to his startup, he gave the GICE students a mathematical formula to achieve ‘more’ in Life. Coupled with his inspiring personal narrative, the talk was very well received by the audience. They asked him questions around entrepreneurship, such as whether it’s a good idea to quit an idea that’s not working.

Nukul Upadhye, Founder Againn

Our second speaker was Nukul Upadhye, Founder Againn. Second biggest loyalty program in India,Againn allows the end users to earn and burn their points across multiple ecommerce stores without having to worry about cards or registrations. Keeping it humorous and satirical, Nukul enthralled the audience with reasons why Entrepreneurship is not fancy at all, and the kind of hardships one has to endure on the startup journey. Sharing his personal story, he subtly encouraged students not to fear failure.

Our Chief Editor Saraswathi Pulluru gave the closing notes by explaining the students on how TheTechPanda could help them in their future startup journey. TTP helps to share the awesome startup founder stories and inspires people to startup. While encouraging students to share their knowledge through guest posts, she requested them to reach out for any help required to startup.

The sessions were very interactive and a special mention goes towards the engagement levels of audience.  Extremely attentive to the speakers, they had a good time during Q & A session asking all the questions they had in mind.  Speaking about the session, Nukul said,”Loved Vijay’s talk. He brought an analytical approach to the subject, which is difficuilt to do. The crowd was extremely interactive.Their interest levels in entrepreneurship was really satisfying to see. It was a great initiative by TheTechPanda, and needs to happen more often.”

We thank the College Management of GICE B-School Bangalore, and our speakers for making this session informative, fun and engaging.
