Horasis India Meeting convened its 16th annual meeting on September 15th-16th in Athens, Greece. The meeting gathered over 250 global leaders from business, government, civil society, international organizations and academia, at a crucial time for global economic recovery.

Kyriakos Pierrakakis is the Minister of State and Digital Governance in the Cabinet of Kyriakos Mitsotakis. He is a Greek computer and political scientist and politician. In 2007 he earned a Master in Public Policy from John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University and in 2009 he earned a Master of Science in Technology and Policy from MIT.
Beloved founder of Horasis, Dr. Frank-Jürgen Richter started the organization in 2005. Horasis is an independent, international think tank, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland that is committed to fostering innovation and promoting the sustainable development of emerging markets.
The India SME Forum, founded in 2011, is India’s largest Small & Medium Business Movement. Vinod Kumar Wuthoo leads the organization as its President.
Konstantinos (Costas) Fragkogiannis was born in 1959, in Northern Greece(Kavala), where he completed his basic education. Following his graduation from the British Institute of Marketing (HND), he continued his studies in the U.S., earning a BS in Business Administration and an MBA in International Management & Computer Systems from the University of San Francisco. In June 2023, his term was renewed as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic, with the portfolio of Economic Diplomacy and Openness, an office he has held since July 2019.
Dr. Dionysia-Theodora Avgerinopoulou, MP, is a leading politician in Environmental and Climate Law and Policy in the Mediterranean Region. Avgerinopoulou served as a Member of the Hellenic Parliament from 2009 to 2014. She has served as the Deputy Secretary of Volunteer and NGOs for the New Democracy (Greece) Party and Deputy Head of Environmental Policy Sector.
