Indigrid Technology Private Limited, an Indian integrated electronics manufacturing company operating across EMS, ESDM, and ODM services, has raised INR 40 crore in additional funding to close its extended Series A round at INR 75 crore. The round was led by Cactus Partners, which played a key role in the company’s growth and subsequent capital raise from Valour Capital, with participation from ITI Growth Opportunities Fund, Vimson group, and Global South Capital.
Karan Goshar, Managing Partner of Valour Capital said, “Indigrid Technology is building critical capabilities for India’s industrial resilience and their integrated model is a strong platform for the ‘China-plus-one’ shift” and Mohit Gulati, Managing General Partner ITI Growth Opportunities Fund said “Indigrid’s technology focus in high growth electronics sector gels well with our investment thesis” while Mragank Jain, Managing Partner, Global South Capital, said, “Indigrid’s remarkable growth places it perfectly to capture the manufacturing localisation opportunity, and we will support the company in its global expansion and M&A.”

Led by: Inflection Point Ventures
Heliware, a deep-tech startup delivering advanced geospatial intelligence and 3D analytics has raised INR4.5 Crore in a bridge round led by Inflection Point Ventures. The funds will support international market expansion through strategic partnerships, talent acquisition, and operational setup across key global geographies, while strengthening working capital for ongoing and future projects.

Startup: Velocity Shipping (formerly Shipfast)

Amount: INR100 crore
Led by: Velocity
Velocity, Indian e-commerce enablement platform announced a INR100 crore investment to scale Velocity Shipping (formerly Shipfast), as it doubles down on advancing faster, more reliable and transparent AI-led logistics for digital-first brands. The investment will be deployed over the next 2 years and will be funded entirely through internal cash reserves and revenues from Velocity’s core businesses.
“We started Velocity by solving one of the biggest bottlenecks for digital-first brands: access to capital. As we worked closely with thousands of founders, it became clear that logistics and fulfilment were equally critical constraints to growth, but existing solutions needed to evolve to better support digital-first brands. Velocity Shipping was built as a strong, operator-first alternative to existing shipping solutions, with reliability and accountability at its core,” said Abhiroop Medhekar, Co-Founder and CEO, Velocity.
Startup: Loop AI
Sector: AI for Restaurant & Retail

Loop AI, the enterprise-grade AI platform purpose-built for the restaurant and retail back office, announced its $14M Series A funding round. The round was led by Nyca Partners with participation from prominent investors Gokul Rajaram, Base10, Afore Capital, Converge, Alumni Ventures, Data Tech Fund, John Pepper, 9Yards Capital and Operators Studio. As part of the financing, Osama Bedier, investment partner at Nyca Partners and former Google and GoDaddy executive, will join Loop AI’s Board of Directors.
“Loop sits at the intersection of several transformative trends in the restaurant industry, including the rise of AI, a growing focus on customer experience and the drive for greater operational efficiency. These will be essential pillars shaping the future of dining,” said Bedier. “Anand and Sundar are building a remarkable company and transformative technology that will be indispensable for restaurant operators. Gamepoint, a technology-enabled sports startup focused on making sports a part of everyday life, has raised INR 7 crore in a Pre-Series A funding round. The round was led by Dr Raj P Narayanam, Founder, Zaggle, and Mr Aditya Vuchi, General Partner, VCMint, with participation from Praveen Raju, Founder of Suchitra Academy and others.
Dr Raj P Narayanam, Founder, Zaggle, said, “Gamepoint has built a strong operating model, earning the trust of customers and partners across its markets.
