In recharge, you can ask Niki to recommend the plans or just make a recharge if you know the amount. Niki also has first of its kind in-chat payment with Paytm wallet where you can finish your entire payment within the chat. Being fully automated, it extremely secured to provide your information since there is no human intervention and the data is processed by algorithms.
The company has been founded by 4 Alumnus of IIT Kharagpur – Sachin Jaiswal, Keshav Prawasi, Nitin Babel and Shishir Modi. Niki was in testing mode for the past seven months and have launched their Android App a month back. niki.ai had raised a seed round of investment from Unilazer Ventures. “Tech-first companies have dominated the market globally with firm focus on user experience and simplicity, a trend which has started in India as well,” said Ronnie Screwvala, founder of Unilazer Ventures, which has invested an undisclosed amount in Niki. “They have a standout team and are on the brink of some innovative work. We are closely working with them to realize this vision.”
