Featured dashboard on landing page, Simple UI/UX, Better profile management, one click ad management, one click business leads management. We have a motive to save time, cost and efforts of a people who are using our website. We have created some goals from early stage of Tradetu and we are working very hard to accomplish these goals. We will launch some more features on our website very soon to get more customers response and help existing to get more out from this space.
What’s the mission or goal behind starting Tradetu?
Tradetu is an online classified ad marketplace where you can buy, sell, rent or search anything, available in their stocks from needle to ship. Tradetu provides you features to interact more customers.
We are helping individual people including both buyers and sellers, agents, brokers, dealers, businesses and brand to trade their individual products, brands and services. We at Tradetu provide our service 4x faster than any paid advertisement by saving your time, efforts and money. Using Tradetu you can get best deals on your stuff by directly communicating with interested buyers or sellers.
What were the researches and insights you went through before coming up with the idea?
People in India are still not believing on Online Shopping so we are continuously enhancing our service to build that level of Trusted service so people can easily trade what they need. Idea behind Tradetu came from my past experiences with my colleagues who sometimes wanted to buy or sell their used cars, bikes, mobile phones, music players, home theaters, real estate properties, flats and other stuff but due to low level of trust on available online services stopped them to go there.
Maintaining an online classifieds portal means a lot of good scaling will be required as more stuffs keep getting added, How do you plan to scale? Tell us something about the technology behind Tradetu?
Tradetu, is basically developed on LAMP stack, very popular in recent internet startups. Here is a big question that why we choose this LAMP stack because this is very robust, highly scalable, easy architecture and the last one is cheaper to maintain and keep alive for a long time if you even don’t have much amount to run your startup. But along with these benefits there are some well known drawbacks also exists with this LAMP stack. We are scaling our platform with the help of some already existing technologies and platforms like Amazon EC2, Google Hosting and etc.
How does Tradetu plan to generate revenue?
Right now we are providing our service free of cost to get more and more customers and the good amount of traffic so we can convert that into more revenue. We have already in plan to work on our revenue model that will be very helpful to business owners, service providers and online businesses. We have also added a revenue model into our service that is featured dashboard that is our our landing page where all featured ads are listed with their images, too. Our revenue model is in beta mode with limited time to show on featured dashboard. Our featured dashboard is our first revenue channel till the next point comes into picture.
What are you future plans for Tradetu?
We have a motive to save time, cost and efforts of a people who are using our website. We have created some goals from early stage of Tradetu and we are working very hard to accomplish these goals. We will launch some more features on our website very soon to get more customers response and help existing to get more out from this space. In the next 6-12 months we have defined 3 goal of more customers, more business and more revenue.
